I just love having a kit that has a lot of of the bread, making tools that you need all in one box!Really great price as well. I’ve actually recommended this to friends who are learning as well.

Just received this in the mail. Haven’t tried this yet but appears to be good quality. Some people are saying that the baskets are too small. I would agree. Although I think a 1-1.5 lb loaf should fit easily in this basket size.

I was gifted my first sourdough starter and decided to get the right tools. I would say that this is definitely worth the money for what you get. Only removed one star because the plastic scraper included is junk. Not easy to use. The rest is the tools are great. Don’t forget to get some rice flour and coat those banton liners. Spray water in the liner first, then sprinkle on rice flour. Shake out the extra.

I began making bread in the last year or so. However, I did not have any of the proper bread making tools. Think duct tape and baling wire!Love the floor whisk. Who knew such a devise existed? This sourdough kit would be a lovely gift for someone interested in getting started making sourdough - or any other type of artisan bread - or to gift to yourself! The dough hook device is so clever. It cleans the bottom of the bowl, but also spreads the flour out evenly. I especially loved it when adding flour and water to my starter because it mixed quickly and thoroughly without splashing out of the container. The baskets come with liners that can be removed and washed - so helpful! The baskets are not huge, so you won’t be able to make larger than a one pound loaf, but they’ll be great for that size. I am in the middle of the rise cycle, so I haven’t broken out the razor blades, but this holder with a handle will keep my hands safe from the very hot Dutch Oven I bake in. I’m loving this so far! I am not planning to put the wooden handled dough hook or razor blade holder in the dishwasher. I can see air space down in the wood handle around the metal and I’m afraid it would soon come apart. But it is not hard to wash by hand. All in all, I’m very pleased.

I have wanted one of these rattan baskets for a while, and I am so pleased with it. I make a No Knead bread and this is perfect for it. I like that there are two baskets included and they can be used with or without the liners. The set includes many helpful tools including dough scrapers and a Danish whisk. The bread lame is sharp with replacement blades. Pretty cool that it has everything you need.The baskets seem well made and sturdy, the liners fit well, and the whisk is securely attached to the handle. The metal dough scraper is heavyweight and thick, the plastic dough scraper is lightweight.Maintenance isn't difficult, mostly just don't let it stay wet. Comes with helpful instructions and tips. QR code took me to Google Play to download the messenger app... (what...??) The website is an online store. I had hoped to find recipes there but did not. Made in China of Indonesian rattan.

Impressive collection of bread-making aids. There is a Danish dough whisk, which I had never seen before but love the way it works. There is a wooden bread lame (Had to look that up. Lame is French for blade. Lame rhymes with lawn.) for scoring the risen loaf before baking. Two bread proofing baskets with liners, a metal bench scraper and a plastic bowl scraper. This has taken my bread making to a new level. It's going to be high on my list for gift giving as well.

This is such a nice kit for those who make sourdough! It has everything you need. They are great quality and the banneton basket gives your bread a beautiful shape/pattern to it! I highly recommend this!

I had a very old bread make kit from the 60’s and I loved it but now I have this one. They have definitely changed a lot it’s so much easier making bread compared to the olden times. The tools used for making bread now is comfortable and less stressful for the hands. I really like the bowels that came with it; they seem to be really sturdy. Everything is high end amazing quality

I have wanted to bake homemade bread for quite a few years and I’m so excited to have found a brand that carried the essentials to bake homemade sourdough. I plan to purchase the rest of the set but this is a great start!For me and my health sour dough bread is the best option to maintain a good gut balance but buying bread at the store can sometimes come with mislabeling. This kit included the cloth liner, cloth liner, bread lame with additional blades and the all-natural basket. I love how simple and straightforward everything is to use and include in the bread making process because baking bread on its own is a SCIENCE ‼️ No need to add difficulty to that process.

The basket is a great size, quality and value for the money. I really like the shape and performance of this proofing bowl.

Came with everything to make sourdough bread. Would be great for giving as a gift also. The banneton was the perfect size to make bread in my Dutch oven. And I like that it came with the lame.The trick to not having the dough stick to the banneton is using rice flour! Regular flour clumps up but rice flour stays smooth. Spray the banneton with water so that it’s damp, sift rice flour onto the interior and let dry.The only thing that I would’ve liked in this kit was a rounded more flexible bench scraper instead of the angled one it came with. But overall it worked out perfectly.

So far it seems good, I’m getting ready to proof my first loaf so will try to update when I’ve tried it once or more…the main problem I have is according to the sheet it came with, it says a danish whisk and stainless steel dough scraper are included, however they are not. I did not purchase the kit for either of these things - mostly purchased for the proofing basket and lame but seeing this is confusing.

My Banneton Proofing Basket from Abioto is perfect. Not only is it beautiful but, if you season it properly, it works very well. Dough doesn’t stick and it’s way to maintain.

Made proofing and clean up a breeze! Very easy for a newbie baker and great quality!
