This product has a good assortment of B vitamins. It is sugar free but still very tasty.

I love these gummies because they taste great and they are easy to take. They smell fine when opening and the texture is just like fruit snacks. I haven't had any side effects and a little bit more energy than usual. These will be my go to b complex vitamins from now on!

These gummies are sugar free, very easy to chew and the flavor is very tasty. I need to take this vitamin because I had a gastric bypass years ago and was reminded from another Bariatric surgeon recently while I was in the hospital for an unrelated issue. I highly recommend this vitamin if you need to take a B complex.

I am revising my review: after receiving the updated batch directly from the manufacturer, I am very pleased. There’s a quantum difference from the previous batches- the texture, taste, and overall quality are as they were when I first began purchasing these multivitamins. My next purchase will be from Amazon (they are cheaper than on the website), so I hope that the quality is not adversely impacted after being housed in their warehouse. Now, I just wish I could find their revised batch of probiotics on Amazon!This is the second time I am returning these vitamins. The company did provide a refund the first time I brought the vitamin’s quality problem to their attention- they asked for the e lot no. (maybe thinking it was a bad batch?) The quality has plummeted since I began purchasing them years ago. Now, the consistency is gummy and wet, and the colors are undistinguishable because they’ve all melted together into a big blob (they look nothing like the photo advertised) - very unappealing visually and to the tastebuds. I hate that I’ll need to research another company that has similar qualities as their vitamins used to have. This is really disappointing!

I have searched high and low for vitamins that don't have ingredients I'm allergic to and are free of gelatin and a few other things. These vitamins fit the bill and man, do they taste great! I feel like I'm eating candy everyday. It sure beats swallowing pills.

These are easily the best tasting gummy vitamins I have ever had. I have trouble finding an assortment where I like every flavor, but that was not an issue here. All three flavors are delicious, even orange which I was skeptical about. The texture is not the same as other gummy vitamins, they aren't as chewy and kind of melt in your mouth. I think that is due to the lack of animal products. I'm not vegan so I don't really care that they are free of all animal products, but that is neat regardless. The only negative thing I have to say is that it isn't as wide of a spectrum of vitamins as I would like, but I knew that when I bought them. The flavor selection really won me over so I didn't care so much about not having as many vitamins. I highly recommend these vitamins to anyone that loves pineapple and strawberry.

I originally got these because its hard to find vegan gummy vitamins.They taste great, not gritty or grainy. They dont make my stomach ache like capsule multivitamins do. They also arent leathery like gummies get, always taste soft and chewy. Flavors arent overpowering or sour at all. I have no complaints.I trust they have what they claim to have, I'm not a scientist that can do lab tests on them.I can't imagine anyone making better ones. These taste like regular gummies and thats pretty much what you want in a gummy vitamin.

Worked out well to get some vitamins before surgery without the other vitamins or minerals you can’t take! Very good flavor!

These are the most delicious vitamins I've ever eaten. I can't wait to take these every day. My life hasn't measurably improved but I do enjoy eating these. Vitamins have never made me feel any healthier than I was before. I'm sure they do something. There are cheaper candies out there. I haven't had an scurvy lately, my legs haven't bowed out, and my vision is consistent. There may be some placebo value in eating these. I consider the money I spent, and wonder if I should be doing other things in my life to improve my health. Won't it benefit me to make smarter choices? After eating these, I have committed a portion of my livelihood that will be lost the moment I lapse. Isn't the pleasure and excess of this supposed panacea enough indulgence? Healthfulness is born of effort, and these Flaimngo Vegetarian Kosher Halal Multi-vitamin Gummies are the easiest things in the world. No shortcut exercise has ever worked so well.

I always buy my vitamins as gummies when I can just because I like them that way (and chose these over my usual brand because I recently went vegetarian), and usually when there is a mix of fruit flavors there is always one flavor that is the "least favorite" that you just kind of have to pair with another flavor because you're not going to let it go to waste even though it's gross. I haven't found a least favorite flavor yet! I didn't even look at the flavors before I bought it, so when I first got it I assumed the yellow gummies would be the undesirable lemon types, but when I tried them I found out they were pineapple flavored (my absolute favorite), so now these gummies are at the top of my book!

The taste is good and the price is decent, but I just can’t deal with the gross sticky mess they arrive in. It goos everything and the top gummy’s of this last bottle had fibers from the tear off safety lid. Finally found a good taste, decent chew and price, but the stitch state of arrival is no longer worth it.

After sleeve I had to find a good multivitamin to take daily. I also had to find one that contained iron or I had to keep taking a separate iron pill. I bought these knowing I could try them for a month and change if I didn’t like they. I’ve been ordering them for several months now as they’re the only one I don’t mind taking daily. The taste isn’t bad and is very tolerable.

These have gotten my iron levels up so much quicker that I no longer need iron infusions or iron pills any longer. I know see my Dr once a year instead of every three months. I have recommended these to family members and some friends. And they love them.

Okay so I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I needed to say some things because this product actually works. For the first time in years I wake up and feel awake. Not groggy and brain foggy.The taste—-> they’re delicious but the after taste definitely tastes like iron/blood. If this will freak you out, I wouldn’t recommend these. I can handle it (especially since they work) so it’s not so bad for me.The effectiveness—-> I’ve read some posts saying they’ve lowered the iron. This might be because you can poison yourself with too much iron and the manufacturers don’t know how much you get in your diet. So if their serving size is for 100% then it’s assumed you aren’t getting any in your diet. I just adjust my serving size accordingly.I will be buying again. It’s so nice to have energy again. I was iron deficiency anemia so I’ve been eating lots of fortified cereal (even though they add sugar 😢) and taking three of these a day. It works.

I was symptomatic anemic. My MD suggested a product with iron vitamin B and vitamin d. This met the description. About a week of taking these gummies and i was no longer fatigued all day, the papa tatian's and intermittent shortness of breath as well as dizziness we're gone completely. My energy levels skyrocketed! I was able to exercise without needing a nap or having to sit down for the rest of the day afterward. I highly recommend this product if you're anemic or just need a supplement. The only negative I can think of is that as with any product containing iron my bowel patterns change slightly. However this wasn't a deal breaker nor did it become a problem with proper hydration and exercise along with a balanced diet.

You can tates the iron but they still taste delicious. My atruggle was to make her take her vitamins, now I struggle to stop her from eating the whole bottle.

UPDATE: okay, I had to come back and update this review. I lowered my rating because chewing these gummies is nauseating. The horrible bloody taste lingers in my mouth and throat even if I try to wash it down with something. So they get three stars for effectiveness, but they lose two stars because the aftertaste is disgusting.—————————After only a few days I’ve really felt a noticeable difference in my energy levels with these gummies! I think they definitely work, but the aftertaste is really, really, really unpleasant. They leave your mouth tasting like it’s full of stale dried blood. They’re still worth taking, but just be aware that you can REALLY taste the iron.

I don’t like to supplement unless I have to and I don’t like taking a lot of extra stuff I don’t need. I loved that this Iron had just some essential vitamins to cover all your basics and folic acid. It was everything I needed for breastfeeding and keeping me and my LO nourish. Flavor is great and I love that it’s Kosher. I can’t swallow large pills and it’s hard finding a kosher gummy with good flavor.

The first thing that you notice is that these gummies have a CRUNCH, which is strange, but the second thing that you notice is the taste of BLOOD... I know this is Iron, which has its own unique taste, but this is HORRIBLE, truly like blood... and the after taste sticks around for hours....! These went straight in the trash. Would strongly recommend getting something else!! Eeekkkkk.
