I have been taking IBSolution for 3 months now, and so far, it's working great. I don't have any cramping or discomfort, except for some mild gas which has always been an issue for me (IBS-D and C). Of course diet has a lot to do with it, too, so I will continue to monitor what I eat, stay away from the trigger foods, and continue with IBSolution twice a day. And the fact that the ingredients are all-natural makes it a smarter choice over taking prescription drugs with all their negative side-effects. I plan on staying with IBSolution for as long as I can - I'm also a subscriber so that I don't run out.UPDATE: I want to add that prior to taking this product, I also suffered with internal bleeding hemorrhoids several times a year (a problem with also having IBS-C ) from straining to have a bowel movement. Prescribed suppositories can take anywhere from 10 to 15 days for the bleeding to subside, and that in itself has caused me a great deal of anxiety. Once I started taking IBSolution, I have not had to deal with bleeding hemorrhoids in the 3 months I've been taking the product. I don't think that the bleeding has stopped because of the product, but I do think that being regular everyday with formed, and easy to pass stools has helped tremendously and keeps me from straining.ANOTHER UPDATE: It's now November 2019, and I'm well into my 7th month of taking IBSolution. This stuff is truly a miracle. I have no side effects, and I continue to have normal bathroom trips. It's never been that way for me in over 30 years of my life. Now, I can take long road trips with my husband and not panic because I can't find a public bathroom. Even the simplest of foods that would at one time upset my stomach do not bother me now. I love this product, and I hope they never discontinue it. For many of us with IBS-D and IBS-C (or sometimes both), this is the only remedy that works.ONE MORE UPDATE! I have been taking IBSolution for almost 1 full year now. And still, truth be told, this product continues to work wonders for me. I do not have terrible bouts of IBS-D or IBS-C since starting this all-natural, easy to take, miracle-in-a-bottle. It's truly the best product on the market for sure. I have come to learn that it pays to do your own research before considering prescribed medications that either don't work, have serious side effects, or are way too costly for most of us to afford. For the past 2 years I've had extreme nausea DAILY. ITS BEEN DEBILITATING. I've been scared to eat because I know my body's reaction. Doctors have been less than helpful. I've been prescribed Omapraxole, Ranitidine, ZOPHRAN (LOVE that but I can't eat them like candy!) I've had an upper GI resulting in "gastritis." I've eliminated "inflammatory foods" (think fodmap diet), cut my portions to 1/2 to 1 cup of food at a time. Sauerkraut juice helped some but who wants 2-3 TBSP of that at each meal. I've tried Pancreatin (supplement) with a tiny bit of success if taken at EACH meal. MEAT kills my gut and gives me horrible cramping and I've tried high potency pre/probiotics. Sad to say but my gut was ruling my life! And I felt defeated and desperate!But I saw an ad for this and the reviews were really good. So I bought it.SO GLAD I DID!! It arrived at 3 pm, and I took 1. Picked at my dinner like I do, eating not later than 4:30 pm (to try to avoid going to bed and waking up at midnight or 1:00am with cramping (a nightly occurance). But, I didn't wake up in the middle of the night nauseous. And I was only a tiny bit nauseous when I actually woke up at 4:30 am. Yay! Maybe there is hope? Praying! Do I tried another one, following the directions and made it though the day without a Zophran.Day 3- I woke up without nausea at all. AT ALL. I can tell you I had tears streaming down my face because I didn't feel sick to my stomach. I didn't even look at the garbage can that usually saw my face heaving.Last night my hubby took me to dinner and I was able to actually eat a very small dinner salad and 6 pieces of a California roll AND I DIDNT FEEL SICK and didn't get SICK ALL NIGHT!I love it that this a natural product- not chemicals so I feel good about that too. I'm just in awe of this product. Today is day 5 and I'll continue with this product as long as it helps me.This is not a "free product for your review" post. I'm 61, retired teacher, doing the best I can to live the best life I can and I'm so grateful. I've already sent a few people I know with similar problems, the link for this product. It's worth every penny.

This product is not a good product for me, unfortunately. I have had IBS C all my life (I’m 43) and was very excited about this product after the reviews I read. I have only taken 3 doses - 1 the first night when I received the bottle; 1 - yesterday morning; 1 - last night; each time I took the pill, I drank 8 ounces of water with it. My first does, I was unsure when to eat, so I ate an hour after taking it - I got more bloated than usual and had indigestion; the second dose, I drank 8 ounces of water and then I ate 30 mins after taking it - it sort of felt like it was working but then I just started to belch and was gassy, I also noticed that I had pain in my lower abdomen. I did have a small bm after an hour of eating though, which was surprising to me and I figured that yes, it was working. Please understanding that I am very sensitive to anything that I put in my body usually and have a lot of food related allergies that can develop very quickly after eating something that my body does not like (in addition to environmental allergies). Anyway, after taking the supplement and throughout the rest of the day, I became very congested and sneezy, I also continued to experience a slight cramping sensation in my lower abdomen - at this point I figured that it must be the pill because I did not change any other factor. After all of this, I still persisted in taking the 3rd dose and this time, I ate food right after taking it. Again, I became congested and sneezy and the pain in my lower abdomen continued. I did not have any other bm. I woke up this morning and after not taking the supplement for more than 12 hours, I feel so much better! No pain in lower abdomen, no sneezing, no congestion. I was truly hoping that this supplement would work for me but unfortunately it has not :(

Get it, it works, I fell much better.. I have been using it for 2 years now. of course I feel bad sometimes but that is because I abuse and eat trash sometimes ... in general I feel way better and I know it is this product .

After reading the reviews of this product I was anticipating the same results, a restored, pain-free abdomen, but after weeks, the pain remains. I will take the last of the bottle but doubt I will purchase it a second time.

I’ve been using this for about a week now and I can totally tell the difference in my bowel movements. I have IBS-D and this definitely helps. I use it as directed. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night.I use to have to use the bathroom more frequently all throughout the day. Now it’s 1-3 times a day. I was never able to go out without worrying about my stomach.I went out recently and still was worrying and occasionally would still get the anxious stomach but it sort of would go away. I’m not sure if my IBS will ever fully go away but I really do think this stuff is helping.UPDATE:I had been drinking benefiber before I took these pills and benefiber helped but it didn’t fully take away my IBS-D symptoms. So I started taking the pills and the benefiber together which really helped. BUT I recently ran out of the benefiber suppliment and decided to keep taking the pills without the fiber and unfortunately it didn’t work as well... everyone’s body is different so this may work for me but it may not work for others.UPDATE: I stopped using this because after a couple of months it didn’t work anymore. My stomach probably got use to it… :/ I found a website called EVENS and they create a special supplement for you based off of a questionnaire you answer and although my bowel moments are not back to normal, it is much better. I would suggest trying both. Everyone’s body and stomach is different.

Amazing product! I’ve been suffering with IBS for years and this product really works ! Get it !
