It works great!My internet is just really fast with this cable, and it's a good length to get out of my room to the router.Adding onto that it should be pretty future-proof... it's a good deal.

So far it's been working great! The quality of the cable seem very good and strong. WiFi signal and wired is excellent. Also the wall hangers that come with the cable really help make the job nice and neat.

I didn't know my past ethernet cables were not good until I bought these cables. Now cat8 is WAY too much for what I need but at this price. There was no way I was buying lower quality for similar price. I decided to give it a shot. When I connected them there was immediate improvement in internet connection for my TV and PS4. The computer I connected with a longer version of this same type also saw a huge improvement in internet. The connections for all devices are very stable. Cat 8 is backward compatible so if you presently use cat 5 (as most people probably are) or higher, don't worry these work without a hitch. Honesty at this price, there is no losing here. I can't think of any negative for these. The cord is sturdy, the clip at the end is even covered and sturdy. The length is good for me. This brand has other lengths so there is choice. I bought a 20 feet one also and it works just as fine as these, so there was no quality lose there. The cables are flat, which will make it easier for those who want to run under carpets and so on. Now I have no way to check to see if it can handle the speeds and so on it says but it works flawlessly for me, so all good my end.

Compared to my last cable this was well worth the upgrade sure does my internet not reach the speeds this allows of course not but it helped me reach the speeds i should have been getting and is such a well designed cable its sturdy and flat and holds up to being moved a lot.

I got this Cat 8 cable to replace an inherited Radio Shack Cat 5 cable, mainly because I wanted more flexibility.The new cable is a lot better looking and seems extremely well made. I was pleasantly surprised by its flexibility, as the product reviews said it was flexible but the videos were inconclusive.Does the new cable deliver data any faster than the Cat 5? No. My Internet download speed was virtually the same (117Mbps) but of course much faster than Wi-Fi (73Mbps). This cable is a keeper.

I ordered the 50ft length aka the drake length size .Checked my speeds and it ran just as fast as a 3 foot cable . It’s truly a Cat8 cable not any internet service provider can match the power that flows through the cable ! 40GB per second . It’s flat , fits under my door and behind it , fits perfectly in certain places.The cable is braided looks really good , black grey white I think but it looks dark grey from a distance unless you’re inspecting it you won’t notice the white/gray in it which is niceThe cable feels durable yet flexible . The flat design is a bit more of a challenge to work with as it does impact the flexibility of the cable, but it is excellent for applications where the cable is clipped (with provided clips) to a baseboard or run underneath carpeting, baseboards or moldings. There are no interference issues either.Excellent quality..... I'd recommend it without hesitation.... But I do note that if absolute flexibility is a must for you, this flat cable is probably not one you want to fight with -- round cables are more flexible. If, however, you want to run the cable underneath carpeting or other things, this cable is excellent for that.

Late 1970's at Intel Santa Clara VI: The first time I bread-boarded the new Ethernet logic design from Xerox PARC, I didn't have CAT anything cables. I used an RG rated coaxial cables. One end of the connection required 3 18" x 18" bread-boards populated with ECL chips (as the more common TTL chips were not fast enough). It wasn't long before the three 18" boards were engineered to fit on a 5" x 9" board with a lot of space taken up by interface area. Today its plug & play.

We had an old CAT5 cable around and my son used that for gaming, but it was slightly damaged. We bought this CAT8 cable and, in his speed test, it was about 8 times faster than the old cable. It's also great that it's flat. It runs across a carpeted floor and we hold it down with gaffing tape, so no one trips on it. I wasn't sure if CAT8 would be backwards compatible, as I doubt our house is wired with that, but it works great.

Bought these out of curiosity. Ran a test with current Cat 6 cord. Averaged 645 mbps. Installed this cord, ran new test under same conditions. Averaged 718 mbps. Worth the small investment for me. Will buy again for future needs.

I bought the 100 foot cord and it took my wife and I an hour to unravel it. It was brutal. You just can't get out the twists. Fortunately I am going to run mine through the celler so it won't make much of a difference . I would take a good look at the picture of the cord if you want to buy one and make sure that it looks solid. If you are going to use this cord anywhere where it can be seen it's not for you.

Le son était un peu voilé et l'extension dans l'aigu n'était pas phénoménale, un des changements que j'ai fait est d'installer ces câbles ethernet Cat-8. Leur blindage est excellent. Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai retrouvé une belle luminosité dans l'aigu lorsqu'il y a des triangles, des cymbales et les notes aigues de flûtes ou trompettes, un sentiment d'ouverture, Dans les basses, plus d'impact. Belle amélioration à frais très raisonnables. Règle générale et en immense majorité, ce que j'ai acheté d'Amazone était d'excellente qualité.

These cables "click" properly into place in whichever Ethernet port I plug them. They are well constructed, and I have always had a solid and stable network connection with them.
