I purchased the Nordic Neoprene Compression Knee Sleeves for running a suburban North Atlanta, GA (Roswell) route with many hills and valleys. I had a meniscus tear repaired in 2012. In addition, sometimes my knees feel a little unstable from many years of playing basketball on New York City playgrounds.Prior to my purchase, I read many of the reviews, and several folks complained of large amounts of sweat on the neoprene sleeves after a good workout. So in addition to purchasing the Nordic Knee Sleeves, I also bought a couple pairs of the 3M Ace Knitted Knee Support (3M Ace Knitted Knee Support, Medium) to wear under the sleeves to soak up most of the moisture. This combination works beautifully [for me]! Once I remove the Nordic sleeves after a run, they have a little bit of surface moisture that is easily wiped away with a towel, but at least 90% or more of the moisture is absorbed by the Ace Knitted Knee Support. My suggestion to the folks at Nordic is to consider designing and manufacturing an absorbent, lightweight, and fitted companion sleeve to wear underneath the Nordic Neoprene Compression Sleeve. If you don't, I will.Regarding the functionality of the Nordic Knee Sleeves, in a word; SUPERB! The circumference of my knee, mid patella, measures 16.5 inches. I chose the Large size for the Nordic Compression Sleeve, and the L/XL size for the Ace Knitted Knee Support. Once I put on the Ace Knitted Knee Support, I roll-up the Nordic Compression Sleeve and pull it up to the bottom of the Ace Knitted Knee Support. Then I unroll the Nordic Compression Sleeve up over the Ace Knitted Knee Support. The result is a tight fit with evenly distributed compression on the knee cap, and above and below the patella.The course I run used to take me 50 minutes to complete, because it was uncomfortable running uphill. Now that I'm wearing the Nordic Neoprene Compression Sleeve, I've reduced that time to 41 minutes in less than a week because I can now run uphill instead of walking; slowly but surely building my stamina. The best part is, my knees are not hurting after I complete a run!Regarding fit and finish, the Nordic Knee Sleeve is very well constructed with a contour that fits above and below my knee perfectly. The neoprene is a thick material with a durable, high quality feel. The stitching is top notch throughout. In addition to the high quality construction of the Nordic Knee Sleeves, the packaging too is first-rate.This product feels like it will last for years, which is sort of depressing because I really want a second pair, but just can't justify it. Which brings me to the price; THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN! If you're in the market for a pair of well designed, well constructed, top quality, reasonably priced knee compression sleeves, then check out the Nordic Knee Sleeves.

I first bought these September 24, 2015.It’s now September 3, 2024 and I am just now replacing them.Years of weightlifting, CrossFit, various competitions and countless training sessions, these have held up!They are comfortable, supportive, easy to wash, and are obviously durable. You can tell by my picture above the tough love I have them and I had to dig through my Amazon order history to find the EXACT item to buy it again.10/10, 100%, 5 stars - these are the best.

Having owned several different brands of knee sleeves these are the best! They are thick, fit true to size and are the most comfortable I have ever owned. After a heavy leg workout my knees feel great, the compression is great and they keep my knees warm and safe. They also look great which is a bonus. Highly recommend these for working out or cardio. Great product.

I bought these for my husband. He is a weight lifter and says they work amazing. He likes the material as is soft, stretchy, and still provides support. I would recommend these.

I am 188 cm and 95 Kg, I bought the large and fits well. I really notice a difference when wearing these, I am able to push myself a bit more increasing weight. I have a bad left knew from old Football and Track injury and these help relieve the pain.

This was going to be a longer review but realized you'll probably only read this because like me you want the honest truth. I'm 192 lbs squatting upwards of 2x bodyweight for the past 3 months daily. I bought these for the main purpose of keeping my knees warm as I've always had a slight creak in my knees in the colder months. In regards to that...my knees stay wonderfully warm. Usually will wear them low on my calf/shins during a cycling warm up but even from just walking from the locker room like that I already feel them warming up my legs. After my squat sessions these are noticeably wet and upon pulling them off I get an immediate sense of my knees getting cooled..so it was keeping a fare amount of heat near my knees.Fit wise I picked up the large as I didn't want any rebound effects from a tighter fit and I measured about 15" at the knee. For those curious where I wear them above the knee measures about 20" and below is about 15" too low and the fit starts feeling uncomfortable on my calves. These do not bunch in the back and stay in place as you workout. Taking them off does seem to be harder when wet so keep that in mind if making adjustments. I usually just take them off inside out so they air dry better anyway.Material and build wise these seem fine for my purposes, I did try out and look at some sport store varieties but these in comparison seemed a bit more flexible and sturdy. After about a week of daily use the only visual issue I have is a torn thread at the seems but nothing that would compromise the integrity of the product.TLDR: Fit great, craftsmanship is fine, if you want to just keep your knees warm I highly recommend these as I have not had nearly as much knee creaking since I started using these.

I've thrashed through several brands of knee sleeves, including Rehbands. Inevitably, they all seem to stretch out or tear. I think these ones are going to be different....They appear to be high quality neoprene. I walked into my office where my gym bag was lying open and it smelled like I left a wetsuit in there. Not bad, but neoprene-y - they used the good stuff here.I'm on the edge of the sizing between small and medium. I went with small, I like them a little tighter. They are indeed tight. I'm trying to break them in gently, but the only give I'm getting are in my calves...I expect some stretch but compared to many others, they have not budged! This is a good thing, no one wants cruddy support when they need it most.Speaking of support - they are pretty great at that, I've been mostly squatting with them lately and it feels great. They blow my last pair out of the water. Thick but they do not impede movement. The crazy pink color is icing on the cake. I'll update if anything weird happens, so far so good!

 These are FANTASTIC. Yes, they are thick, and bulky. But they’re 7mm. If you don’t want that much support look for something thinner. I had 5mm rehband sleeves before these. They’re double the price & when it was time for a new pair I took a shot with these because they’re pink, the price, and the thickness. I have a pre existing knee injury (partially torn acl never operated on from 5 years ago) and these helped me hit 250lb backsquat PR, I’m drenched in sweat after my lift sessions because of how thick, supportive, and tight these are. Which is the whole point: COMPRESSION, fresh blood flow to the knee to prevent injury. These are an essential for me!

I was a little skeptical when I first put these on, but noticed an improvement in my knees with my first workout. I ordered XXL based on the measurement guide on the product page, and they went on fine, but were definitely tight, especially at the top. Since "tight" is desirable in a compression product, I probably wouldn't want a larger size, though, even if one were available (it's not), because these stayed put, didn't roll up or down, and provided noticeable support to my knees. They cut in just a bit at the top edge, but were not too uncomfortable once I got used to them. They kept my knees warm and I felt like I was able to get deeper into a squat while wearing them. I expect they might stretch out a bit at the top as I wear them.

Finally. I have a pair of knee sleeves that work very well and did not cost me a fortune. I was having a difficult time getting through workouts that included squats, deadlifts, and etc. The neoprene material was able to keep my knees/joints warm and I did not feel any discomfort. Overall, these sleeves give me the support that I needed and I have very pleased.

They are extremely bulky in comparison to other knee sleeves I have tried. They were incredibly, uncomfortably so, even though I went by the size chart. The stitching around the too and bottom made it seem like the opening was even smaller than the rest of the sleeve. I returned mine and went with a different brand.

I just received this knee sleeves and so far so good. They are a little bit tight tough, but they don't feel uncomfortable at all when doing different movements. I've been using this specifically for front squats, back squats and squat cleans and they give great support, specially when you're working heavier.

I really loved these when I first bought them but I took them out of my gym bag to find the foam had torn from the seams on one of sleeves, leaving one sleeve doing much more compression than the other and hurting my lift.

These knee sleeves are perfect! They are nice and tight and keep my knee super warm. They fit exactly like how lifting knee sleeves should fit. I use them mostly for squatting and they really help to make my knees feel supported

First off I'm 55 and since the age of nine, I have lived with a weak and wobbly left knee I got in a motorcycle accident. I've worn "Walmart special" knee braces for most of my adult life. I got Baker's cysts 4-5 times a year, delt with poor fit, stink, poor circulation and swollen lower leg because as a truck driver I sit for 10-11 hours a day 5-6 days a week. About 6 months ago I bought a pair of Nordic Lifting compression sleeves for my elbows (tennis elbow) and I was amazed at how quickly my elbows got better. So this time when my left knee started acting up I bought a pair and I wore them almost 24 hours a day since they arrived. Literally the only time I take them off is to rub ointment into my knees and bathe. I honestly cannot remember the last time my knees felt this good and worked so well.I have not had any problems with them slipping down, they fit well under my Wrangler Cowboy cut and Levi 501 jeans, they look stylish with shorts, do not stink, do not cut off my circulation and they have really improved the quality of my life.

I bought this product due to knee pain and muscle tightness. I've tried another brand but Nordic Lifting is far superior in comfort, support and warmth. I have arthritis of the knee and spine and I have a lot of muscle tightness. This product gives me the stability and support I need when I'm up and doing my normal activities of daily living. I highly recommend it and am about to buy a second pair. Make sure you measure your knee to get the proper size for you.

I love these Nordic Compression Sleeves! I had my doubts if I'd like working out in the gym with something on my knees, but my trainer highly recommended I get some. He recommended a more costly product that only comes in a single versus pair, but I decided to get this product for the price, increased flexibility of the way the sleeves are made, and appearance.My trainer recommended them as I am getting PRP Injection's to heal an old peripheral tear in my knee disc. He wanted me to have a sleeve on the knee for additional warmth to reduce strain on the knee for boxing, rope work, and other general workouts. I am refrainng from heavy leg presses, squats, or dead lifting during the 10 weeks of knee injections. The sleeve keeps the knee so warm and supported. It doesn't roll down on me as some reviewers have noted. I wear it over Under Armour compression pants.I think the different black and gray patterns look attractive and look good when I'm wearing them. I wear a lot of purple, pink, neon green, etc., workout wear and am a bit over the top being concerned about looking good. And I like the sleeves :)Last but not least, I really like the different levels of compression areas in the sleeve. It is lighter over the knee cap so it doesn't press on it too much. The back of the sleeve has varying compression to allow bending without uncomfortable pressure behind the knee. The sides have increased support for lateral movement protection.I am muscular, but am a normal sized woman wearing size M Under Armour compression pants and measure 16.5 inches using the product's recommended measuring guide. I bought the XL size sleeves. They are perfect support for me. I am not looking to aggressively stabilize the knee, I just wanted warmth and a bit of support. I got both in a five star way!

"I recently got a knee injury and I ordered this for support. It does everything they said it does. I am very happy with it and it feels good on and makes my knee feel better. Great product!" I am not an athlete or athletic so I didn't purchase this for sport activities. Having a knee injury (a partially torn ligament), I purchased these strictly for support and they certainly do that. And the customer relations of this company is superb! This was money well spent! However, if I wear them for a great length of time, they do have a tendency to slip down a bit so I then have to pull them up. At this point I feel they work best when I am sitting for a long time or wearing them for a short time as opposed to a long time where they eventually slip down and bunch up. I'll be going on a trip overseas and I'll definitely take them with me. They'll be very beneficial when sitting on the plane for many, many hours.

These fit well and do the job

I had ordered the XL but received the large. It's my own fault for not checking the size before wearing them. I just thought my legs were extra swollen that day. That's why only 3 stars.Aside from being the wrong size these are still helpful. I suffer from early onset severe osteoarthritis and am in constant pain. The compression from these help to relieve that knee pain. I can't wear them all day or else they become counter productive and cause more pain. But an hour or two at a time is all I need to get the extra relief and that means a lot to me. They don't roll at the top or bottom even with being the wrong size, the material is breathable and comfortable and they are easy to get on and off,

These are the best compression sleeves on the market! Other sleeves have been too big. But this one is perfect in size and actually compresses.

I own a pair of Nordic Lifting neoprene compression knee sleeves I use for weightlifting. The neoprene sleeves are a little stiff and hot for running, so I decided to invest in a pair of Nordic Lifting Compression Sleeves.The sleeves are well made and come as a pair in the package. They are simple and light weight but provide good knee support. Unlike their neoprene siblings, these provide enough warmth to the joint without feeling oppressive. I did need to adjust them during my run, but this slight shifting is to be expected with so much motion.I cannot speak to their durability at this moment, but if they are of similar quality as the neoprene versions, I expect them to last.

I'd been suffering from a very painful knee so thought I'd try it. Measured my knee & said xl but I ordered the next size xxl which I'm glad as did as that fitted fine. It certainly helped me
