Great packaging. All parts and fasteners included. Nice instructions with pictures and depictions for assembly. Solidly built and works well. Would buy again. This was the highest rated grill on the internet and at Amazon.

There is alot of steps in the assembly (about 2.5 hours). I didn't find the steps confusing, but time consuming. There is a support bracket that I thought was missing, but was actually bundled together with the side burners. Also, there were 2 extra corner braces snd the screws to go with them... I looked over the instructions several times and they appear to be extra (perhaps designed for a different model grill?). Besides that I used every single part.The grill functions well and is sturdy. (What I would expect at this price point) The back of the grill is hotter than the front. I love this feature for putting extra heat on a thicker piece of chicken.I like having the side burner, although I probably won't end up using it much.My only real complaint is that the thermostat might not be very accurate. It looks to me as if the end of the needle is scraping numbers... kind of dragging on the inside. I see a circular scrape line caused by the cheap needle. Not enough for me to change the rating.I would recommend this grill.

This grill is stainless stell and it is powder coated surfaces and shelves that help the grill last even under the harshest situations. And the primary burners are made from stainless steel tubing. And although it is durable and built to last it also looks apeasing to your guests and has them wanting it for themselves. It has an easy to use electronic ignition system to help you quickly start the grill with the push of a button. It has a built in thermometer so you can easily know the temperature. It has a heavy duty cast iron cooking grid that easily cleans for long lasting lifetime. The side burners allow you to cook your sides while grilling your meats so you can do it all outside. Truly a must have and your guest will be in love

Grill was well packaged. The instruction manual is the best I've seen for all the projects I did for my patio this year. I built a gazebo and multi piece sofa furniture. Those expensive projects had very minimalist instructions. I was impressed on how well designed this is. The only negative I found is a few of the screws were very hard to screw into the metal. They tend to cross thread. Other screws screwed into threaded nuts that went smoothly. I am pleased that a free cover is offered in the paperwork. I haven't cooked on it yet because of bad weather.

UPDATE:There was an included promotion with this grill that was not honored. So, I had to drop the rating one star :-(Companies should either honor a promotion (in this case a free grill cover) or not offer it. Not honoring a promotion does not foster a good customer relationship.Originally a part was thought to be missing from the kit, but that was actually not the case. This grill was purchased as a gift and the person with the grill actually found the 'missing' part tucked up inside the grill.Although this grill is on the spendy side (for me, anyway) the performance and quality appear to be good.After a few weeks of use, reports are that it is a good grill. It seems to have a good heat disbursement and performs as well as you'd need a grill to do.The doors close evenly, so it looks good, too.I'd recommend this product to anyone wanting a solid grill.

For the first few months the grill worked great. The igniter failed quickly. Then we had trouble with the valve and propane line. Now the burner control for the igniter burner will not shut off. I should have spent a little bit more and got a Weber. Can't get in touch with customer service to order the replacement part which I'll probably be ripped off for
