I cannot truly tell you how it tastes. I refuse to try. My dog has become a taste and smell snob lately and it has been challenging for him to lower his dining standards. I do a try to feed this to him first so he will take it if hungry. He has gotten picky over the past 3 years which is how long we have used this product. His coat looks GREAT and full…we have more fur glitter now than ever before! Before using PetHonesty, He had very little hair on his stomach area. I definitely recommend this and 5 minute vinegar baths for corn chip smelling red paws. The product definitely works as my boy is allergic to grasses and weeds. His paws are now a light pretty pink , his ears now have hair on them and he has a furry, silky tummy.

Our pup, Cady, developed chronic skin irritation in a couple of spots and despite several trips to the vet and even a recommendation for “doggie prozac,” I was pretty sure we were all missing something. Over time the spots would grow larger and eventually almost bare due to Cady’s constant scratching and licking of the affected areas. After doing some serious research on canine skin conditions, I was pretty sure we were looking at an allergic skin condition combined with a bacterial skin infection from Cady’s constant attention to the affected spots. (Not knocking the vet, the chronic canine skin irritation is notoriously hard to diagnose). We worked up to a routine of two of the soft chews daily and things began to improve almost immediately. Cady had no issues with stomach upset or similar, but be sure to follow the directions on the bottle for starting your pet on a new supplement. We also purchased PetHonesty’s Chlorhexidine Shampoo to treat the bacterial aspect. These two products together were the knockout punch, and the skin health chews have kept Cady’s skin healthy - her coat has grown back in the previously irritated areas, there’s no more incessant scratching, and Cady’s back to her sweet self now that she’s no longer miserable from the constant itching. This is a great product and I’m about to order more. If your dog has skin issues, do yourself and your pup a favor and give these a try.

So I have a 15 year old papillon that has always had skin issues. I have tried everything. Years of steroids have made my papillons hips bad. I stopped steroids about 5 years ago when I realized how bad they were for her joint health. I started trying to fix her issues with EXPENSIVE diets for allergy sensitive dogs. The diet changes helped marginally, but never enough to make a big difference. My Aunt recommended this pet honestly brand to me because her 8 year old dog has always been an extremely picky eater with digestion issues. Last time I visited I noted her dog had finally gotten up to a healthy weight. My aunt reported that the Pet Honestly multi vitamin and digestion pills helped her dog be able to eat regularly and they eradicated her stomach issues. So I decided to try the allergy skin health pills/treats for my papillon’s skin issues about three months ago. I telework predominately so I spend about 75% of my work days at home trying to block out the sound of my poor papillon bitting and scratching at herself. Within two weeks I noticed about a 40% decrease in the amount of biting and scratching, which was a huge improvement, but it still meant my dog was pretty miserable. I stuck with giving her the treats/pills and I can now report my papillon is about 95% better. She only scratches for about 5 minutes following going outside for her potty break in the morning. The rest of the day she takes old lady naps comfortably and around 3 pm she is a spunky unaffiliated little old lady bouncing around my feet in anticipation for her 4pm meal. I wish I’d found this product years ago. I will say it doesn’t work as immediately as steroids, but it does work if you diligently give it to your dog. My dog only has 7 teeth left and she is able to eat the treat easily. She enjoys it and always reminds me in the morning to give it to her. Doesn’t work as well as I would like especially for price

Upon opening product there was an overwhelming odor of rotten fish that turns my stomach. I gave a couple to both my dogs and they wouldn't go near them. I contacted the seller asking for an exchange or replacement. They have ignored my request for over a week. Pet Honesty is not very honest sending me rotten salmon. If you've ever smelled a dead salmon sitting in the sun for a couple days, well, that's what they smell like. I figured it was my error ordering a product with no return policy. The times have changed and nobody cares about the customer anymore. I was going to order a different flavor, but the way I've been ignored leaves me thinking that this company is only selling rotten product to recoup the loss. Pet Honesty is in reality, PET DISHONESTY, selling rotten dog supplements with no consequences! It's pathetic!

Again, great product and my 13 year-old Westie is doing well with it and even runs now when I walk her.The only thing is, I wish it was packaged in lessor quantities because after a while my dog isn't as excited to take the supplement but as soon as I give her one from a new jar, she gobbles it down.

My dog doesn't seem to like most supplements. He tries them a couple times and then won't eat them anymore. But he seems to think these are treats! He is a senior and doesn't like to miss his vitamins now that we changed to this brand!

This company is the best to work with! I ended up getting their Hemp Hip + Joint Health for Seniors and my dog ate it right away! He's super picky, so this was a proud moment for me! Just starting it, so we'll see if it helps him, but my fussy little guy really seems to like it. Big step forward!Thank you!

so many multivitamins say they are “complete” but this is the best i have found. my bully is sensitive to zinc deficiency and i have been giving him split dosing (one chew in the morning and one in the evening) for more than a year without recurrence of symptoms.

I saw a big difference after starting this supplement. One of you pups couldn’t stop itching. She had dry skin and dandruff. This actually worked. She also has more energy. Very satisfied.

I love this product. My Labrador is 12 years old and it was hard to get her to go on our daily walk - she’d do a little one but now wants to on multiple times a day. It also has helped her ear allergies.

I’ll be honest, I’m not sure that they have worked for her as they stated they should. I have not noticed much of a change in her watery eyes, her excretions or the “poofs” of wind that escape her furry little booty.Her hair may be softer, but it was already soft so I really can’t be sure.?? She does like the taste of them and takes one everyday.For reference these were bought for a 2.5 yr old Yorkie taking the recommended 1 per day for the last two ish months.I had high hopes that these would work for my girl and they very well may work for other puppers, just not my girl.

My dog is 8 years and a half. She was lymbing and unable to clime the stairs. After couple of pills she is doing all that and she became able to run. This vitamin is like magic.

My shelter Puggle, Jazzmynn, was around 6 when we adopted her. She's 10 now. For the past 2 years, her lab results intermittently showed a protein leakage, which would only be found by expensive MRIs. Very cost-prohibitive to detect the area of the leak, especially for a dog of her age.The vet thought it was "leaky gut". She put her on steroids and antibiotics. It got better but would reoccur. It would come and go but she had explosive diarrhea and vomiting. I was cleaning ungodly messes almost every day, sometimes several times a day, even after she'd gone outside to potty. I had tried several other brands of dog probiotics, but my dog (who eats everything she is not supposed to if not watched closely), was still having stomach issues. I started her on Pet Honesty and it started working well immediately. I do not even have to give it to her everyday anymore.

We just started the product and he loves the flavor. He is very picky with his treats but we don’t have a problem with him eating his probiotic. Semi soft chew, easy to give a dog that doesn’t care for chewy treats.The amount for the price is great value.

It seems to help my dog, positively. However it doesn’t smell great. I don’t like the smell and a dog’s sense of smell is much better. My dog does not like it. I don’t think he likes the taste much either. I’ve tried masking it in his most favorite foods and he still won’t eat it. I’ve tried water too but it doesn’t work. For me it doesn’t work because I can’t get it in his body lol. If it was scent and taste less or had a scent/taste that was good it would be worth it, otherwise waste of money.

I have a 14 year old Pug, Casey, whom I adopted from Kansas City Pug Rescue 13 years ago. Casey was born with many health issues including being the smallest 'runt' in her litter, plus, Casey was unable to walk due to knee/hip problems. Pug Rescue worked with a team of great orthopedic surgeons, and after three operations, she began to walk.I adopted Casey at the end of her first year, and at the time of her adoption she had one remaining surgery. Over the next six months, Casey learned how to walk and play (she even learned how to potty correctly, outdoors). As you might imagine, the time I spent with Casey developed into the deepest 'heart bound' possible.Along with the above mentioned health issues, Casey also has terrible digestion issues. Because we are so close, Casey was able to indicate to me specific foods that her digestive system could not tolerate. She was having days where she just was not comfortable eating any food. My dog loved the first bottle of probiotics I bought a second bottle and now he smells them and want nothing to do with them so I am wondering if there is change on recipe. I am able to get him to have them as I mixed them with peanut butter, cheese or ice cream, which I did not have to do with the first ones. They do help him as it has reduced the paw liking. I wish I could find something that eliminates the itchiness yet I do understand it is hard. I do recommend this product as I tried another brand and it did nothing for my dog.
