I put mine in the freezer overnight, and when I took it out I was very disappointed, the ice pack was super hard and didn’t feel cold. I put it in the sleeve anyway thinking this was going to be terrible, wrapped my ankle up and again thought okay this thing is crap. But wow! After only a minute or two I could feel my ankle getting very cold. For 20 minutes I kept it on and it just kept getting colder and colder without making me feel uncomfortable or like my skin was burning cold. But I mean it was COLD! I took it off and wrapped my knee and it literally did the same thing, just felt colder and colder. This thing stays colder longer than any ice pack I have ever owned. The sleeve is very soft and offers the perfect amount of protection for the skin. The strap is awesome, I can really compress the area well while icing it. It would be nice to have a sleeve and strap for each ice pack in this kit, that’s the only thing I could say might be a con. But overall I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

It's about time I found something like this so simple to use. They give two gel packs so you can alternate between heat and cold, or both cold, or both hot. When trying to put other types of gel packs on a particular area it was difficult to keep it in place, however, with this design which makes perfect sense, it's so simple.

I bought this just in time for football and grateful that I did because the kiddo injured his wrist first scrimmage 🤦‍♀️The cold pack was soft enough that I was able to fold it around his wrist easily and secure the Velcro so that he could comfortably lay down. The Velcro remained secure and the ice pack stayed cold for a good amount of time.

I have an injury that requires icing, and sometimes I have to sleep with the ice on.I was tired of not having a replacement ice pack when my original one thaws out, and the ones I use on my lunch box are uncomfortable on my back.This 3-item pack is perfect. I can put the ice pack in the pouch, then strap it on. And when it thaws out, I have a replacement in the freezer waiting for me. Works great also for when I have to sleep with the ice on.This worked out great for me. It helps to know that I have a smaller frame, so the regular ones work for me. Someone who is taller than 5 ft, or heavier than maybe 150# might have to consider getting the bigger packs. I use mine on the shoulder, and they could be 1 or 2 inches longer to cover more of it. But it still does a good job.

I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

These h/C packs were fantastic. Quick to heat and the heat last for a good amount of time. Freeze quickly also and stay cold for a long time. Very flexible in their usage.

This has product has been incredible my elderly mom who underwent spinal surgery. We needed cold packs for her and this product has worked out so well as we are constantly changing out the cold packs. They’re flexible and comfortable. The only issue is I wish the straps were a bit longer for people with wider hips and it tends to be a bit tighter than she would like. But aside from that, it’s a great purchase

Came just as advertised. the strap with pocket works well and the 2 ice/heat pouches seem durable. Solid purchase for the money.

I like the fact that the detailed instructions are printed on the actual gel packs, instead of having to rely on your memory or refer back to the box later. It also seems fairly well made.I ordered the large in case any big-back bodies in the house wanted to use it, but I'm glad I did because I needed it for my lower back and it kept sliding up to my waist.I managed to jerry-rig the extender straps in such a way to secure it better.The main reason I'm rating it 3 stars instead of 5 is because it wasn't super cold, even after freezing overnight. I think perhaps the fabric pouch is too thick, I don't know. When I tried the hot therapy, same thing - I could barely feel the warmth.I tested it on other body parts (just in case my back pain was marring my judgment) but I experienced the same thing.Prior to this I'd been using an 'old school' rubber ice bag with a freeze mixture of water and alcohol, but there's no way to strap it on to my back and I hated having to lie still during my cold therapy.I'm not sure if I'll be keeping this as it doesn't seem to do much good.Update -Bumping this up to 4 stars because seller reached out to apologize for the problems I experienced and to make things right.

Got this product because wanted a heat/ice pack that would fit better for my wrist. The 3 section design makes it flexible and ideal to wrap around a body part. Great value for the quality, and I’m happy with the product. The box that it came in was very sturdy. Also was happy to be supporting a small business.Temperature (heat): I usually microwave on normal settings for the recommended 25 seconds, and it gets pretty hot so be careful when taking it out initially. The heat only lasts about 5-8 minutes before it becomes faint, but it’s definitely good enough for me because shouldn’t heating for a long period of time anyways.Temperature (cold): It does well in the freezer. Still remains flexible when frozen.Durability: The material quality feels much better than other cheaper ice packs I have used. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks, so not sure about how durable it will be in the long-run, but I do believe it I’ll last a long time.Appearance: intructional text is easy to read on the pack. Design looks cool and modern.

These are soft and pliable even after freezing. They cover a fairly large patch of skin. They are easy to free and pop on your skin and then freeze to use again. They are a great value because you get two.

I’ve been using both heat and cold as tools to help me deal with my tennis (i.e. pickleball) elbow. In conjunction with anti-inflammation meds, rest, etc., I have gotten some relief, but recently I aggravated it more and may need more drastic measures.But I digress from the main topic of the item itself. Because they provide two, I can keep one in the freezer and use the other for heat (very helpful). And their segmentation provides the flexibility to easily wrap around my elbow. They aren’t super wide, but you can always use both at once if you have a larger area to treat. Also they hold their heat and cold long enough to satisfy my needs. The cold probably lasts a bit longer, but it’s easy to pop the other back into the microwave for less than 30 seconds to reheat.They are very well made and suspect they will be durable. And they are very inexpensive, so a great value. Recommended.

Bought these to fit into a leg wrap the hospital sent me home with that had ice packs in it after knee replacement surgery. Hard to find a size that would fit into the pockets of the wrap, but these fit perfectly and they can be used hot or cold.I heat them for 2 minutes and they last about 20 - 25 minutes. Perfect!Definitely recommend.

I like that the package remains flexible after being in the freezer. I am disappointed that it doesn't feel cold enough to properly ice the area. I needtoput the pack directly on the areawithout a towel yo feel the coolness. It also doesn't last long enough. I'm lucky if it will last 20 minutes.
