Really pleased at my initial impression. If I don’t update the review, than my opinions are unchanged. Great build quality, with a very solid feel. I borrowed a friend’s massage gun, and became sold on the benefits, especially for sore muscles and joint areas. His was about 1/2 larger and sells for $35 on its perpetual sale, but shows as about $100 for normal price. Without a doubt, this massager is better. I prefer the more compact size, yet stronger massage and greater head travel. It is also significantly quieter. I can use this while watching TV, and NOT adjust the TV volume. I found the loaner to be hard to use watching TV, even if turned up. I also see now that I prefer the 5 gear speeds/power steps, to some model’s and my friends, 30 steps. It becomes more of a chore to adjust the intensity. When you spread the 2000 additional revolutions over 30 steps (starting at usually about 1000 at level 1), your talking about a pretty imperceptible difference per step. This massager decides the into 5ths, and it is perfect IMO. I also like the inclusion of a couple of stainless steel heads for use with massage oils. Very nice and useful feature. The case with this is very nice, and has a nice feel of rigidity. I think it is very much worth the price premium for the quality I can see between this and the cheaper one (which didn’t even have a case, so my friends keep it in the product box - not very convenient). The $20 bill for scale.

I love this thing. I've had mine for 4 years, and it still works great. I haven't tried most of the head's (they seem a little aggressive to be honest) but the main ball attachment works wonders on my aches and pains. Highly recommend it.

This massage gun is well built, and works great! I would recommend this to anyone! The battery last quite a long time. I have used it for 5 minutes at a time about 4 times a day, for several days and have not needed to charge it. Setting 5 is a deep tissue massage, and is nearly too powerful, just like a real deep tissue massage. The attachments are great and have been suitable for the knots I have had. I love this thing, and am glad I spent the money!

Works very well. Aside from being slightly heavy (forces those breaks between massage areas), it works incredibly well.Love the case that's easy to store in & take anywhere.Charges quickly and battery lasts long time.

So glad I spent more money and bought an excellent massager. This thing is professional quality. Substantial weight and feel, easy to change heads. Charges very quickly. Very nice carrying case, easy to use. 5 speed settings, led battery indicator and speed level. Wish I had bought it sooner! This is a prime example of 'you get what you pay for'.

This is wonderful! The 5 speeds are all that’s necessary. Our family uses it several times a week and it really helps relax tight muscles and relieve minor pain. We don’t have any major pain, so I cannot address that. We have had it for 6 months. The battery charge lasts a good long time. I highly recommend this.

Much lighter than I expected, very quiet compared the Sharper Image. In my opinion it seems to be well made and attachments are definitely better than the Sharper Image percussion gun.Just received it about a week ago. So far it’s good. We will see how it holds up.

I experienced the same issue as many other reviews on Amazon for this massage gun: it randomly stopped turning off. It stays on despite holding the on/off button, no matter what I do. Worse than just that, there is a safety mechanism in the gun so that it turns itself off after 10 minutes, and this also stopped working. So, with this feature, after 10 minutes the gun temporarily turns off, but then after about 5 seconds it automatically turns back on AT FULL POWER. No matter what I did, I could not get it to turn off. I had to let the battery completely die. I then foolishly tried it again after charging the battery, but the same problem persisted. There is clearly a dangerous electronic / electrical issue going on here. The gun is defective and faulty and needs to be fixed. This occurred 21 days after the 12-month warranty, so despite this being an issue that multiple people have reported, the company would not address. They offered me a discount on another purchase from them which I declined.
