I have thick ankles and many compression socks are way too tight on my ankles. These fit great and are supportive my entire 12 hour shift.

I wear my Zeta compression socks at night because that is usually when my legs swell. It's so nice to wake up in the morning with no excess fluids in my calves. Other compression sock makers do not seem to understand that XL compression socks should have extra fabric in that size so that they can go over swollen legs. Zeta gets it! Their socks are comfortable and completely cover my calves. I highly recommend them.

Since I keep getting asked to do so, here is my review. Since Primes no longer exist, it has been a challenge as a heavier person, to find compression socks that fit. The first pair I ordered from these guys, believe it or not, were too big. I selected the 4x based on the measurements on their size guide. I wear a size 9 shoe, and the sock hangs off my foot by about 4in. Also, they weren’t quite tight enough to be effective because they were too big. But I kept them just to wear around the house. So I decided to wait until after Christmas to order a size down. These fit, they are tight, but not too tight. So yep, I went ahead and ordered another pair. Will probably order more next time I have extra funds. As for the company themselves, shipping was super fast, so thus far I have no complaints. Also, at $25, these socks are 1/2 the cost that Primes were. So… win/win? If you work at a job where you are on your feet 10 hrs day, these will help you. The pain is not completely eliminated, but you’ll still be able to walk at the end of your shift. Give’em a try~

I came out of hospital following back surgery and was in agony with the socks I was given. I bought another pair from Boots which were slightly better but these are amazing! I am a size 18 so quite chunky calves, the size guide was great and I am now happy to comply with my remaining 8 days of having to wear the stockings, thank you

I'm a nurse so on my feet a lot and suffer with my legs. These socks are perfect. Comfortable, don't roll down and wash brilliant on a cool wash with no fabric softner, cant tell im wearing them under my uniform. I have 5 pairs now.... wouldn't be without them. Im branching out into pink. More colours in 3xl please!!!!

Ich bin ehrlich begeistert. Der Sitz ist fantastisch. Endlich mal ein Strumpf, der einem nicht das Bein abschnürt und trotzdem für Kompression sorgt. Ob gekaufte oder angefertigte Strümpfe, bei allen war oben das Abschlussbündchen zu eng. Das ging so weit, dass ich Lymphstau bekam, meine Unterschenkel wie aufgedunsen wirkten und mächtig spannten. Auch die Sanitätshäuser bekamen es nicht hin. Argument: " Das muss so eng sein, sonst rutscht der Strumpf." Blödsinn!! Das es anders geht, zeigt dieser Strumpf. Ich bin überglücklich, endlich eine Lösung für mein Problem zu haben. Wenn man seine Waden richtig ausmisst, kann nichts schiefgehen. Mein Messwert lag genau in der Mitte der angegebenen Messspanne. Positiv war für mich auch, dass beim Auspacken keinerlei chemischer Geruch vorhanden war und sich das Material angenehm weich anführte. Die Kompression war ausreichend, ich habe abends keinerlei Schwellung am Fuß. Gerne wieder.

I love the compression however I had to fold them over and this made wearing them almost unbearable after 2 hours. Very good quality and instructions made them easy to put on. Guess I am just too short.

I’m my quest to relieve my restless leg syndrome thought I’d give these a try.They are actually very easy to put in although the instructions say to turn them inside out which was not easy. I rolled them up to the ankle, popped my feet in a rolled them up.They are quite long, had to turn them down a bit but they are very comfy.It did help my RLS the first night I wore them but the following night not so much. My RLS can go from mild to quite severe and during a particularly bad episode wishes they were tighterI am also menopausal and suffer from hot flushes but these socks did not make my legs feel too hot.Will keep using them as possibly using them for a longer period of time may have more of a cumulative effect

I knew these were not custom stockings and was not surprised there were a couple issues. I’m under 5’4. I’m a size 8 shoe, but the foot in this stocking is long for me. Also, the length in general is long and it gathers at the top, causing pain and requiring adjustment throughout the day. I have a specific leg condition so a better fit is required. I plan to sew an extra seem at the top of the foot to shorten for a better fit.These stockings wash and wear beautifully. I found that if I gently stretch the top of the stocking while still damp I can ease some of the pain from the gathering of excess material.If you are between 5’4 and 5’6 and you need to wear these for a job that requires standing or for travel, you will probably be fine with these. The overall quality is very good. They are snug without being hot..important in the summer.Finally, there is a proper way to put on compression stockings. You cannot put them on like a regular sock. Fold the stocking inside out from the top of the stocking until the top reaches the heel. Then slip in your foot and adjust that to fit. Pull up the rest of the stocking from the bottom up, making sure you don’t have any creases.
