I absolutely love this little gadget! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! It quickly and easily chops fruits and vegetables into either diced or chopped pieces. When you put your fruit in, don’t be afraid to give it a good whack. I was a bit tentative at first and sometimes the peel would stick. Once I got a bit more aggressive and really gave it a good whack it’s worked like a charm! I tried on meat (shrimp and rotisserie chicken) just to see what would happen and it did chop it, but not that great and pieces stuck so I don’t recommend that. However, that just demonstrated how easy clean up is.For fruits and veggies I just rinse usually, but for the meat it was a bit more involved. Even that was no biggie. This comes with a little pick like tool which is genius! It fits perfectly in between the little teeth and quickly removes anything stuck. The blades are extremely sharp so when they say don’t touch they mean it. I just have to rinse food out with my sink’s spray nozzle, no scrubbing. it all disassembles quickly and easily.I absolutely love that it catches the cut up pieces in a little pull out drawer. This drawer hold a lot and is perfect. I haven’t used the grater or the spirilizer yet, but that mandolin was great on onions and cucumbers (I have tried potatoes yet but I’m hopeful)I would highly recommend this product. Especially for someone who struggles to do kitchen things like chopping, some days I just couldn’t, but this has helped me tremendously!

Well… I read all the reviews - even those saying that people cut themselves on the sharp blades.I thought… “Note to self… I’ll be very careful. I won’t cut myself.”Well, I took it out of the packaging and upon my FIRST attempt to use it, I sliced 3 fingers in multiple places. They bled for hours… every time I took the towel that I used to put pressure on it, my fingers would bleed again. Not worthy of a hospital visit. It worked itself out with constant pressure - just took longer than anticipated. A few days of bandaids all over the tops of my fingers and I’m all good 😊Is it just me… When you reach into a bowl of diced veggies mix it up… don’t you naturally reach into the bowl from the top (above)?That said, I automatically went to reach in (top was open) to see how the diced veggies came out.BIG MISTAKE. I essentially hit my finger tips into the blades on the small dicer and immediately cut myself. That’s all it took!So… when you want to check out the finely diced veggies… REMEMBER to slide the drawer open first, then reach in there - not over the blades 😊Aside from that, as a lover of tabouleh salad and huge salads with a variety of diced veggies, this is a great purchase.Making my famous salsa and tabouleh salad was a pain because I hated the prep work it took to finely cut all the veggies.With minimal prep, this gadget is AMAZING m, makes dicing a breeze, and it’s easy to clean.I still have to try the other blades but so far so good.I’m curious how long the blades will stay as sharp as they are initially - warranty with normal use.With weekly use, 2-3 times a week, I hope they last at least a year.Great buy though! Almost $45 seemed pricey for a small kitchen gadget, but worth it.

Love mine so much bought two more for my son and a friend. Recommended it to other member of my family we all love our. Versatile, easy to use and easy to clean. Scalloped potatoes have never been easier. Plus coleslaw, use it daily

This product is well thought out and easy to master. Chopping onions and other veggies is quick and easy. I love that I can remove the dice blade and use the slicing option.Clean up varies depending what you put into it. As long as I clean it immediately and use the included cleaning tools I accomplish clean up fairly easily.I recommend this product. It is well made, has a thoughtful design and makes quick work of a mundane chore.

I bought this over a year ago and absolutely love it. Lots of options with all of the inserts. Easy to use and clean. Be careful, blades are very sharp! Liked it so much I gifted one to my FIL.

I HATE cutting onions. I am so sensitive to it and unfortunately I love onions so much and they are in almost all of my recipes. My husband usually gets stuck on onion duty and I have to leave the kitchen until he is done or else I get horrible headaches and cry like a baby. Enter this awesome gadget. Not only does it make the time spent around cutting onions much quicker but I actually find because it is a quicker process I don't get nearly as bad a reaction.I love the mandolin slicer for things like potato au gratin, homemade potato chips, sliced carrots, cucumber etc... The slices come out so much more uniform than if I was using a knife and it is done in a lot less time too.My biggest complaint is clean up, especially the chopper. The black top gets food particles in the square grid as does the metal grate. It can be daunting to clean out each square and try to get things like tomato skin off of it. It did come with a small brush to get into the grooves but be careful which way you put the brush in on the metal grid as it has cut the bristles off.Also as a warning ALWAYS use the glove when slicing!!! These blades are SHARP!!! I am actually planning to purchase a few extra gloves to have on hand so that if things get dirty I can continue prepping without worry about cleaning half way through.The added storage holder is nice however I can never seem to get everything to fit on there properly. I don't know if I have it configured wrong or what, but I always seem to have an extra piece that has nowhere to go.Is this item perfect? No not by a long shot, however with how much prep time it saves, the uniformity of the cuts and the versatility of it I 100% recommend buying it. The good definitely outweighs the bad on this one.

This makes short work of chopping lots of vegetables; one dish that used to take me 40 minutes can now be done in about 10. It helps cooking time in that the veggies are diced consistently; I also love that there are TWO dicing blades as that allows veggies to cook at the same time as the longer-cooking veggies (carrots) can be diced smaller than those that cook faster (potatoes; we cook them together often). The egg separator did not perform well but I didn't buy it for that, and the egg slicer worked as expected. I've also made a LOT of "zoodles" using the spiralizer (but boy does it tire your hands).WISH LIST: I wish there was a "screen" that you could put on the top piece BEFORE chopping and then pull off after to make it easier to clean -- those veggies get stuck up there and it takes a while, even using the provided tools. I generally use a plastic "pot scraper" to make it go faster! I like that the top comes off to make cleaning easier.... and it ALL goes in the dishwasher! (But I've learned to scrape the top clean before it goes in.)ALSO - as mentioned, I love the dicing blades, and wish there was a "slicing blade" (the same as the dicers, but without the crosspieces), as well as I find that faster and easier to use than a mandolin. The KNIFE-PROOF glove is a real plus!I highly recommend this timesaver!

I don’t write a lot of reviews and I write far fewer 5* reviews. This device, though, deserves accolades. For what it is, it is actually underpriced. Labor-saving, versatile, and quick-to-clean, I cannot get over the difference this tool makes.One word: onions. Everyone hates slicing them. Having to dice them is even worse. And doing it right takes time and concentration. The first time I used the Fullstar was to dice an onion and it was literally a two-step process that took a total of about ten seconds.I originally bought it as a cheese grater because our old one broke, but since I’ve had it I’ve used it for a bunch of different stuff. And clean-up? Almost as fast as chopping, dicing, grating, and slicing. If I’d been aware of its versatility, usefulness, and labor reduction, I’d have been happy paying twice what I did for this device. No question in my mind that it’s worth it.

Came with a good storage rack. Lots of useful attachments. Blades are INSANELY SHARP. Not easy to clean for that reason-you must be very careful or you will end up cutting yourself good.Can be put in top rack of dishwasher which is a nice feature, but I found certain foods still stuck to the blades. I helped this by using cooking spray before each use! It also made the mechanism go smoother and I used less force.Note: There are loud noises involved in operating this. And sometimes swearing when you cut yourself. But seriously, sound sensitive people & pets may not like the noise of the lid slamming.It’s a bit startling and you really can’t soften the sound - the lid must be forced closed to punch / push the food through the blades.Older/weaker people will find it difficult to use the force necessary to work some of the blades, as they do require a fair amount of manual force.Honestly, considering the extra steps and time involved in prepping & cleaning, someone who knows basically their way around a kitchen will probably be faster & make less work just using a knife & cutting board and a veggie peeler.But I like a good gadget. 4/5. Would buy again or as a gift.

I've been putting off buying this for a couple of years thinking this was a waste of money. IT'S NOT!!! This is so sharp - so BE CAREFUL!!! I normally like chopping up veggies/fruits myself. I have a small electric chopper but it chops so fine that I don't use it often. This makes chopping veggies for salads soooo fast. We have been eating more salad thanks to this. I also used it to slice up some potatoes for fries in the airfryer ... yummy!!! I was able to get rid of a few items in the kitchen that this replaced. I can't wait to try out the rest of the attachments. I'm sure they won't fail to amaze me either.

Ich benutze den Mandolin-Gemüsehobel (Deluxe All-in-1 Weiß) jetzt schon eine Weile und bin wirklich zufrieden. Er macht es super einfach, selbstgemachte Pommes und Chips zuzubereiten, was mir besonders gefällt. Die Klingen sind richtig scharf, und man kann Gemüse schnell und gleichmäßig schneiden. Besonders bei Kartoffeln und Karotten hatte ich nie Probleme – alles wird schön dünn und gleichmäßig.Eines Tages bin ich zufällig im Laden über den Genius Nicer Dicer gestolpert und habe ihn mir genauer angesehen. Im Vergleich zu diesem Mandolin-Hobel fühlte sich der Nicer Dicer deutlich billiger an. Die Klingen waren viel weniger scharf, und insgesamt kam mir das ganze Teil weniger robust vor. Dazu kommt, dass der Nicer Dicer sogar teurer ist, was es für mich noch weniger attraktiv macht, wenn man die deutlich bessere Qualität des Mandolin-Hobels berücksichtigt.Die Klingen des Hobels sind wirklich scharf und bis jetzt hat sich noch nichts abgenutzt oder beschädigt. Das Gerät fühlt sich insgesamt gut verarbeitet an und hat mir bisher nie Probleme bereitet.Ein Punkt, den ich allerdings anmerken möchte: Wenn man Gemüse in Scheiben schneidet – zum Beispiel Kartoffeln für Chips oder Gurken – kann es ganz schön gefährlich sein. Man muss echt vorsichtig sein, besonders bei hartem Gemüse wie Kartoffeln, da man beim Schneiden ordentlich Druck ausübt. Aber ehrlich gesagt, das ist bei fast allen Mandolinen und vergleichbaren Produkten der Fall, also kein wirklich großes Manko.Trotzdem kann ich den Mandolin-Gemüsehobel insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Er macht das Schneiden schnell und einfach, die Klingen sind top und es ist ein gutes Werkzeug für alle, die viel in der Küche schneiden. Nur bei der Sicherheit sollte man aufpassen und das Gerät mit Bedacht benutzen.

This is so easy to use. I was surprised. I like no Electric needed. Using just one zucchini made a whole bowl full. It's very easy to clean.

This is a good spiralizer to start with. I used to have one of the big ones that suctioned cupped to a surface and you cranked a wheel. That one always took a lot of arm/hand power & moved around. It also took up more space. The design of this spiralizer is to stackable, so it takes up less space. No hand, wrist or forearm pain. Super basic & easy to use and it does the trick really well. You are also well protected from hurting yourself, but you do have to be careful as you take it apart and wash it (we hand wash everything).

I have had a couple of different spirolizers in the past but I was just not happy with them. They were too big, too complicated related to use, and hard to clean. This one is easy to use, has a nice container to collect the spirals, provides for several thicknesses of veggie. I love this for making squash ribbons and spirals for soup and pasta. Wish I had ordered this sooner.

Its ok, but just not what I needed to do ribbon type cutting. This also takes a lot of manual work, which is ok unless you have certain physical limitations like I do.

The slicer works better than I imagined!

This item does not spiralize as shown and described! I tried a carrot-nope. I tried a zucchini-got thicker ringets, not a spiral. And it was set on black button for spirals. Waste of my time!

Nice gadget for spiraling squashes, cucumbers, etc. Has adjustment for 3 widths which is great. The blades are super sharp so there's no struggling with it, however the catch cup is small and I find it easier to just spiral into a bowl or frying pan. Due to the shape it is a little cumbersome (not ergonomic by any means), but once you get the hand of it it works out ok. Cleaning is a bit of a pain between the blades unless you have a thin straw brush. This is a compact little unit, so it is easy to store away in a kitchen drawer or cabinet. I use this a few times a week, and it is sturdy.

I say his first dinner, but what I mean is his first authentic dinner from scratch. No kraft dinner, no pizza pockets in microwave etc haha!!I purchased my 16 year old son two cookbooks. His first choice was to make zoodles. I purchased this spiralizer for him with the extra attachments as he needs those for another recipe, which he's looking forward to use.We were very impressed with the zoodles meal which he made all my himself. It was absolutely delicious😋 He's proud of his accomplishment and I'm so very proud of my son💚He told me how easy it was to make the zoodles with this device. I witnessed myself how long the zoodles were at raw stage in in the pan, by only being allowed to peek that one time hehe. Davvero un buon prodotto. Prezzo contenuto, semplicissimo da usare e soprattutto fa ciò per cui viene venduto. A corredo dello spiralizzatore abbiamo anche uno spazzolino che serve a pulire lo strumento in maniera agevole e sicura. Nella confezione è presente anche un manualetto di istruzioni ma non credo siano necessarie vista la semplicità di funzionamento dell'oggetto: tre modalità di funzionamento di cui due sono relative all'impostazione del taglio/spiralizzazione e la terza "resetta" la posizione della lama. Cosa altro dire? Nulla se non che sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.
