This smart watch is a genius idea. It's a smart watch combined with GPS, 24/7 alert monitoring, emergency response and all the features that usually come with those things. It's perfect for senior family members who live alone or anyone with the risk of falling. They can always wear it, other than the shower so they don't need to hope they know where it is or that they can reach it. Offers alot of security knowing they can get help if they need it. It's cellular also, so the likelihood of it not working is low.

I rarely take my phone to the kitchen and never to the bathroom.They've fixed their 'low battery' notification. For about a month after purchase I would get a text saying "low battery" a full 24 hr after I'd charged it. It's better now. I've placed an appointment on my phone to check or charge the battery every morning. This prompts me everyday.

Does not work. Did not work out of the box, does not charge, does not turn on. Tried calling the number on the box, no answer. Disappointed.

Got this for my elderly father, mostly for the fall protection. His memory is very bad and he likes to mess with stuff. He kept pressing buttons and setting off the alarm, which is an instant call to 9-1-1 (we had 4 alarms in one afternoon) I called customer service, spoke with Ana. She was awesome and she got it set it up so the watch would call my wife and I 1st. Not 9-1-1. Which was really nice as we only live a few blocks away. It needs to be charged and he couldn't figure out how to charge it. (it is very easy with the magnetic snap charger, so he learned that, but then he would forget to put it back on. So for dad this watch just didn't work out, ironically, because it worked too well! Refunds were easily processed and I couldn't be happier with the customer service.

I purchased it for my daughter who has seizures. It went off while she was out and they dispatched ambulance 40 miles away. I called with my shock and Quote , sometimes dispatch doesn't look at gps and will send to address on file. Don't feel safe if you have one.
