I ordered the square box for my granddaughter. The top piece didn't sit flat onto the bottom, there was a gap. I emailed them and they responded right away. I sent them a picture of the beautiful piece. I was sent out a new piece, I picked the round one instead. No charge, no problem. GREAT customer service!!!
