If you girlfriend is not ok with a sex swing buy this she won't know the difference and don't worry... it will be used for just that. Also great for stretching. You will have so much fun.

My daughter loves this yoga swing. She has wanted one for quite some time. After a lot of research and shoppong around for the best rated and safest yoga swing, this is the one I chose. It was available in her favorite color. Arrived on time. Easy to set up. I tested it and it was safe. My daughter than climed in the hammock part and she can lay in it like a cacoon as well as use the straps to do her arial moves. She gives it a 10 out if 10. Totally reccomed this product.

If you buy this thinking you'll have everything needed, you won't. The "extension" screws it comes with are useless - you'll need to go buy screws for it to hang. Very frustrating when you live far from a hardware store!

First time using it I flipped myself upside down and immediately everything in my back that was making me walk funny, feel miserable and complain immediately cracked and released. It was amazing. So far so good.

Unfortunately, this set doesn't provide an experience i've had with other aerial yoga sets. There is a point of tension in the middle that makes it hard to get comfortable if simply sitting or laying in the swing. I can do most of my aerial yoga moves on it (hang upside down- amongst others)- and it works fine- but it's not a stretchy, comfy set like others i've experienced in studio. I will be purchasing an actual silk swing.
